GoT Tapestry

Taking clear influence from that famous one that my history teacher informed me that knowledge of would prove invaluable later in life and that depicts the battle of Hastings in 1066 this is a very impressive retelling of the GoT saga!

From the site over at http://www.ireland.com/en-in/features/game-of-thrones-tapestry/ :

Traditional tapestries tell tales of times gone by, and have embodied the history and heritage of cultures across the world from as far back as the 3rd Century BC.

After 7 years of production, Game of Thrones® has truly become a part of Northern Ireland’s heritage and culture. In order to celebrate this, Tourism Ireland have created the Northern Ireland Game of Thrones® Tapestry – a giant, 77 metre long medieval wall-hanging that brings to life the events, locations and story of the most popular television series of all time.

Some people take fandom to a very VERY great length and no matter how you look at it, this level of commitment to a TV show is impressive.
