Over at Prototypr.io they have a very interesting article regarding the design of the now infamous card which was misread, leading to an upset bigger than the 2015 Miss Universe debacle.
The article is focussed on the graphic design of the card but the points being made are very much in line with classic UX design principals used in digital design. Knowing your user scenario and desired outcomes always will lead to clearer design in all areas, print, packaging, environment as well as the digital design UX has emerged from.
